"This hotel was newly remodeled in early 2026. It is in excellent condition! Brand new beds and furnishings. The only thing that I would change is to add a grab bar in every bathtub. The tub floor is higher than the floor. This is a hazard! Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was thorough. And you can’t beat the rate, especially for the location."

"Converted Condo with room for a small family. Clean room. Convenient location. Quiet area. Cons: There is a small kitchen, but not a lot of dishes for cooking. The water for a shower took quite a while to get hot. You had to hold down handle for toilet to flush. The furniture in the living area was uncomfortable. You have to walk quite a ways, up a lot of stairs to get to the pool, dog walking and smoking area."

"Room was very nice, beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and kind and the location was very close to the Biltmore - a 4 minute drive.The property was also nice and felt safe, and had plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again."

"My room was clean and quiet although it had a bit of a musty smell. The courtyard area is wonderful. Very relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast had a lot of selections and overall was satisfying. The staff were exceptionally friendly."
