Comfortable bed, good pillows, great shower, good breakfast and coffee. The only thing to be negative about was the ice machine wasn't working on our floor but the 4th floor was working.

Very helpful in a time of need

Stayed for four days...an extended weekend for a family gathering. The room was clean, well equipped, good AC, and quiet. Their breakfast buffet was yummy. The staff was very helpful, with a special thanks to Christina who helped me make some changes to my reservations

Great place to stay for a quick trip to Busch Gardens!

Airport Shuttle was very convenient and hotel was located next to Mall and many restaurants. Very courteous and friendly staff.

Lobby was clean. The rooms buffered noise from the hallway as a middle school band was visiting from out of town. The noise from the kids did not disturb my sleep.

I was traveling with 4 11 to 14 year old kids. The facility was great, staff helpful, and there was plenty for the kids to do. They even put down thier cell phones, and engaged in the real world! Great place for a damily.

This property was very clean and comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights, and I will definitely stay again. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel was minutes away from shopping. The front desk staff was courteous and inviting. I stay in hotels often, and am very meticulous.....this one will not disappoint! Another plus is that NO PETS were allowed. I have really really bad allergies and sensitive skin. I cannot stay in places where pets are allowed.

Our king size room was very spacious and clean! The staff was courteous and professional, and the pool and hot tub were awesome after a full day exploring Williamsburg.

Fairfield inn delivered what we expected and more. Definitely coming back. Super friendly staff, clean rooms in great condition, good size bathrooms, longer breakfast hours, nice pool, everything was just as good as the website pics.

Suite was spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette was a nice addition since this was an extended stay. Room was clean and well kept. Hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, stores and entertainment. The only issue I found with the listing on hotels.com for this property is that it mentioned it had an indoor pool, which it doesn’t, so that definitely needs to be updated. Greensprings offers spacious apartments that are both quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a larger group. The tub in our master bath was amazing. I am already planning my next visit. Giventhe reasonable prices, I hVe no need to stay anywhere else.

The Williamsburg Inn is a delightful place to enjoy a get-away, while visiting Colonial Williamsburg, or other area attractions. Upon arriving, we were met by the attentive staff who saw to our every need. The bed was so comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff was friendly. They need to vacuum their elevators though as they were pretty filthy. The hallways and the bedrooms were clean. The parking was great.
