"Amazing staff. Great location. "

"Staff was perfect. AC was not strong enough which they resolved promptly. There was a strange smell in the entry but I didn't make an issue of it. If I had, I am sure they would have corrected immediately. All historical sites were a short walk away; lively street with shops, cathedrals and restaurants nearby. High end shopping was just around the corner too. Famous orchestra with world class violinist played in the park/teatro across the street. We have front row seats for 11 euros each. And easy to get to airport as well- 106 bus to the Palermo Lolli station/to the airport."
