Amazing stay at The Island Concept! The staff were wonderful, the service was really exceptional. From the front desk, to poolside, to the restaurant, everyone we came in contact with was lovely and helpful. The property is absolutely stunning, room was modern and very clean.
I loved that you could order food and drinks poolside and on their little beach, through the app. So convenient!
One of the best accommodations we have ever seen. Service was top notch (they even thought of preparing some sandwiches because we checked in really late - and they prepared huge take-away breakfast because we checked out very early). They also offer complimentary dinners in addition to expected breakfast.
The view is breathtaking, the parking is easy and the beach is great, too. Beware, though, that you'd most likely want to have water shoes for swimming - the water is emerald and crystal...
This is a luxurious, beautiful hotel set in one of the most beautiful surroundings possible. Flowers, gardens, art, good food, amazing access to the sea. A very special place. We were upgraded to a villa with private pool and this was phenomenal. The villa was large and very well designed. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. There was a separate bathtub in the room with a gorgeous view that made up for it, however.
We absolutely loved the New Aurora Apartments. The rooms were super spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we could need. The parking was easy as well. We were close to numerous cafes, shops and restaurants so didn’t have to go far for food etc. It was also a short walk to a lovely secluded beach. It is a definitely somewhere we would come back to in a heartbeat.

We loved our time at the IHG- Intercontinental Crete. It’s centrally located in Agios Nikolaos to great food and shops. The hotel has valet parking and it was very easy to get in and out quickly. The staff could not have been more pleasant. From the moment we arrived, they were very attentive and kind. The breakfast was phenomenal and included with out stay. Crete was our last island to visit, Wow! did the Blue Palace meet/exceed our expectations! We had a bungalow suite with fabulous sea view.
