"Staff was amazing, didn’t like that they did advertise they have 3 restaurants with winter hours but when we got there they didn’t actually have them all open. That should be changed to reflect what is actually open. Even still on their information pages in the room it says it’s open but only once you talk to the front desk staff it was them who informed us that they weren’t open due to low season. Also the fridge in our room was never cold, we had to order ice every day to keep our water cold. Us Canadians don’t like warm drinks. €5 a bucket and it was not good quality ice. That’s about the only down fall. "

"What an amazing stay! I was here for my birthday, the staff left a small cake and wine in the room upon my arrival. Loved it! Very clean room, the staff was impeccable and the hotel location is perfect. Will definitely go back."

"Excellent quality furnishings and the towels were lush. The Spa is also good, I had one of the best sports massages ever. The gym equipment is a bit tired though but functional."

"Staff was great along with location. Apartment was clean and had almost everything we needed. Only item not in unit was laundry but can have laundry sent out to be done. "

"Nice smaller family run hotel. Excellent location in the town and also close to both bus and train stations. Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable (and not too hot and stuffy at night) Breakfast maybe slightly limited, but thats being picky."
