"While the staff was five starts, the property is a bit run down. No ice or vending machines where there is signage. When I went to the loby to ask, I then had to go to the only ones on the second floor. When I entered my room the tv was on and a butt indentation was on the bed...maybe a break??"

"Everything was ok except the location of the room I have bad anxiety and being in the middle of all of the rooms really bothered me. I understand they where packed and that’s understandable "

"Room was clean and breakfast was okay but handle on door was very loose and when it rained the floor got soaked."

"The staff was so incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean as well as the common area. The breakfast staff were phenomenal as they went out of their way even after closing time. A huge shout out to Latisha"

"The conference rooms had terrible temperature control, we were either sweating or freezing. The beds were too soft, & the pillows were terrible it was hard to sleep. The shower that I took at the property was nothing but cold water for the entire 20 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing was the staff. Friendly, outgoing and helpful at every turn "

"Extremely comfortable beds and good shower. Big room. Good breakfast. Only thing I would change is to get a room on the north side of building. On south side, I-70 traffic is noisy."

"Everything was fine with a few minor exceptions. The heating and cooling system was missing a door over the controls which threw substainal light into the room at night. They had a new TV system and did not provide a guide to the stations. Also the new TV system do not carry any of the major broadcast ststions."
