"Short stay just for one night before heading back to airport, condo is in Park Royal resort, access to beach, keyless access is great, comfy and clean room, bathroom needs some restoration though but it's clean. Great support from staff at all time via whatsapp, clear instructions for check in/out, free parking. Walking distance to La Isla mall and a pharmacy. Safe area."

"Great place to stay for single travelers like me who just need a good place to sleep while spending the day venturing. The staff is super friendly and helpful, you get a pretty decent size locker to store your things. The capsules are cool, clean, and very quiet. WiFi, free coffee, and super central to get anywhere in Cancun. Big super market right in front of you wanna buy anything. Definitely recommend "

"Amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so attentive and nice! We have stayed here before when it was the Ritz and loved it and I would say that things are on the same level or better as it was when it was the Ritz. Rueben, the concierege on the club floor, is so helpful and friendly. The spa workers are wonderful as are the Casita's staff. Claudia and Mario took great care of us. The club lounge is beautiful and the food and drinks were delicious. Willy was the best...

"Clean room, comfortable beds, toilet scented paper smelled like fragrant flowers, helpful staff, beautiful view of beach and pool. Well designed room and lived our stay. We would definitely recommend to all. Area was safe and close by to many excellent restaurants and La Isla shopping mall. "

"Hyatt Zilara is okay but seems to be isolated. There are little shopping shops around the hotel. Cars are rushing on the front road and it is hard and dangerous to come across the road over the crosswalk."

"Excellent resort, the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing. Rooms were clean, food was decent, we enjoyed the Mediterranean Restaurant the best. The beaches were very clean and inviting. Lots of pool, beachside and evening hotel entertainment. Shout out to Ana in the concierge office, Frederico running the pool area, Jose at the bar and Caesar at the front desk. The coconut ice cream in the candy shop was to die for!! "

"The room was very clean. We had the million dollar view from 25 floor.The room service was very attentive. Nice carribian blue water beach. Great customer service at the pool and beach area. We had access to prefered club and it was a big plus. The hotel offered 6 different restorants. Our favorite were Olio, the Dragons, Italian restorant, Market's Cafe for breakfast. We definitely will came back. Very nice resort!!!"

"This is my favorite place in Cancun. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It's on the best beach in Cancun and very close to a big supermarket. They gave me a free upgrade, welcomed me with a bottle of wine, and since it was my birthday they decorated my room — it was a great surprise. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend!"
