"We never got to the hotel because I had a bad fall on the morning we were due to travel and so we had to cancel the trip. I was very disappointed not to be able to travel but hopefully I will get there another time. "

"The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price. "We arrived early and David’s was so nice to meet up with us for check in early and immediately gave us an upgrade room with a wonderful view of the town and nearby mountains. Our room was spacious with natural light and a great balcony, the beds were comfortable. The location was accessible to both shopping and restaurants. I need to point out that both Davide and Enzo were such great host and really made us feel comfortable and welcome, such nice people! I wanted to let Enzo know we made it across the Bridge safely. "
