"Although the staff was very pleasant and helpful, I can't give a 5 star review for my room. I've been to other Comfort Suites and this one fell short. The room I stayed in needs to be maintained better. The front door did not close automatically because it gets stuck on the carpet, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling in several spots and stained badly under the sink. Light bulbs were burned out and the shower head needed to be replaced. "

"Check in was amazing! Salish was professional, very nice and was accommodating to our needs. It was awesome to be greeted with a smile and nice personality. Customer service was an A-plus! Will definitely stay here again on our future trips. Very clean and quiet surroundings. Great restaurants nearby with friendly service. The breakfast was great at the hotel. The hot tub and pool were in working order so we were able to take advantage of the hot tub. "

"This was the sketchiest hotel I’ve EVER stayed at. You flush the toilet it fills w brown water, the toilet seat looks like it got hit w an axe, there was a cigarette burn hole in the blanket. This dump should be condemmed "
