"Very central in Oxford. Area not great. Hotel apartments are clean and tidy but very small, well appointed. Staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant on street below hotel does great breakfast and 10% discount if staying in hotel. Easy access to hotel, but reception on 1st floor. Ok for 1 or 2 nights."

"Great staff and they called when room was ready and stored our luggage for us. It was a visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and the location was brilliant as she is at the uni there. Lovely, clean and quirky room and very quiet too. Breakfast was also really nice and again, great staff. "

"Poor value. No towels in my room; had to ask the night-porter to find some. 10am on Sunday morning: corridors littered with soiled towels my departing memory. Declined £20 for a "continental breakfast on top of £317."

"Great facility with very friendly and helpful staff. We experienced no kssues or noise from being on the services as the hotel is set back. Onsite American dinner style restaurant was used for breakfast and again great staff and food. Only issue was we had an accessible room (requested) and the wet room didnt drain as it should, apparently a known issue that really needs to be sorted as removed ability to use the toilet after a shower unless you had wellies."
