"This is a wonderful family run hotel, located in a quite residential area with free parking. The property is clean and tidy and with exceptional staff. It offers a beautiful and assortment of fresh baked goods for breakfast, the apple cake (torta di mele) was amazing. The property is located about 600m from the beach, and a 6min drive to the train station that can easily take you to Rome and other locations. There are a number of restaurants close by. "We only stayed one night but I would say there is work to be done on the property given the price they charge. Breakfast was a coffee and a croissant and should be advertised as such. Staff is very friendly but the property is just not up to standards to charge that much. The view is lovely though."
