"We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. "The worst budget hotel I have ever experienced. The room smelled awful, was dirty, and infested with cockroaches. There was no hot water, and although breakfast was supposedly included, they delayed it so much that I had to eat outside. The staff were completely uncooperative. The bedsheets were unwashed, unhygienic, and a serious health risk. Honestly, this place shouldn’t even be called a hotel—barely qualifies as a lodge.
