"The room is dirty and smelly. I can smell urine on the bed. The landline phone is not working. No amenities like forks, bowls and knives for cooking. Room assess keys are malfunctioned. I went down to reception several times to fix the above issues and waste of my time. Overall I will not recommend anyone to stay here."

"This is a gem of a find in JBR. There are lots of similar properties in the area but it offers a high level of comfort, enormous, vast, can't find the children anywhere, apartments and is right in the heart of the JBR area. It is easy to find, £30 from the airport in a taxi and once there you don't need to go anywhere else if you don't want to or have to. There are nice places for grown ups but also plenty of resort type venues that cater for the kids. "

"the hotel overlooks a beautiful lake. quite with friendly staff. the room is quite spacious although it needs updating. the cleanliness is average with very few kitchen old utensils. we had to ask for a toaster. many items were missing. overall the stay was good but it was overpriced."
