Subway train station to ICN airport is just next to the hotel.

The location was an easy subway ride from the airport. Use the subway line 5 from the airport and exit at the next station. Use exit number 4 to leave the station and it’s about 2 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is on your left side. It’s a tall building with big sign.

The hotel is situated in a convenient area, the staff were amazing and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top notch.

The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

The breakfast provided was excellent and very filling. The instant coffee was good and they give new fresh towels every morning, you just need to ask. The blankets are fluffy and warm. You can dry your clothes at a portable drying line. There is also a very deep tub and the shower system is well maintained. It was a lovely hotel with great staff, amazing room and service. No complaints whatsoever, and the view from our room was magnificiant.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Korea so far. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent, and the room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. 10/10 highly recommend!

Perfect location. Subway is 2 minutes walking distance. All the food, pubs, and shopping was literally right behind the hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Hongdae. Highly recommend.

I am a solo traveler from Texas. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, for 14 days in 2022 and 16 days just 2 weeks ago. This is by far one of my favorite hotels in Seoul. The staff knows enough English to be helpful, even with taxi info. There’s cleaning service every single day if you need it. Restaurant and gym on the property.
