"Hotel is very decent. The restaurant is a bit of rip off if you have kids then I suggest you avoid it. Views are nice pool is nice. People are friendly. Getting around positano is definitely a pain but there is a bus stop thats right in front of your hotel. Breakfast is very decent scrambled eggs sausage pastries desserts yogurt that kind of stuff. Price is good. We did have some ants in the room near the door not the biggest deal they're probably everywhere."

"Positives were late check in, nice kitchen, owner tried to be helpful. Negatives were drive going into it was washed out and like a two track, hard to find, dangerous driveway exiting, poor bed (sags into middle), chemical order on sheets and they were stained."

"The area is amazing, the breakfast great and the staff friendly. Unfortunately we had allergies to dust mites in the facility and were not provided with any sort of response signaling that the staff would take measures to even check for dust mites or deep clean the facility in response to our feedback. We had breathing issues and had to leave (it only happened in the room, and to several of us)."

"Great location in Olbia . We were put in the “new” wing. No WiFi ! Room was clean but towel hangers were broken. Bathroom radiator did not work and bedside lamp was broken. Breakfast was simple , great coffee and a GREAT server. Free parking was a bonus."

"Fantastic property, really relaxing, gorgeous gardens, birds and scenery surrounding the hotel. Lovely pool, quiet, away from it all.
The food was also fantastic and there was variety every night. The only thing I would say against is that during dinner water is always bottled and is 3.50 Euros - I would have thought from the prices that water could be included, or you could have tap water with your meal, as 3.50 is quite expensive for water.
But otherwise as said all was great."
