"Seems like a newly renovated place, very clean, had a nice gym on the floor. The staff was professional and courteous. Maybe a microwave could have been a good addition to the rooms utilities. The spa and resto options looked great, we did not have enough time to try that out. Overall a very nice place to stay with family."

"The Richardson Hotel is a beautiful historic architecture to stay in and will definitely return here each when we are back in Buffalo, NY. The room and amenities are clean and the hotel staff are very helpful! The fitness center is small with only a few treadmill working, a decent dumbbell selection (up to 50lbs pair) and medicine ball, and a multi-pin loaded machine for workouts. It’s functional for a vacation workout. Though it does get tight when more than 3 people are in the space trying to get an exercise in. The bar is also great and if you’re lucky enough to have Nat as your bartender, you’re in for a charismatic and personable treat. She makes a great drink and is so attentive to what you need. She even remembers her regulars that go there and our drink and food choices when we went again the next day. She ran that bar like a boss and her customer service is top notch! I would go back to stay at Hotel Richardson or really just to go to bar if Nat is my bartender. In addition to this, the food is also surprisingly good! The pizza crust, the dessert brownie, and also the crispy buffalo wings and sauce are “chef’s kiss”."
