"This property is run by a lovely Ecuadorian couple, Elva and Jimmy. Everything was easy and smooth. We wanted to go whitewater rafting and they took care of all the details. It's in a neighborhood just below the hike/stairs to the Virgen viewpoint. It's very quiet and safe, but the setting was a bit more "in town" than I expected from the photos. The location, though, wound up being very convenient. We walked into the center of town several times but since we had a car, we also drove a few times. If you are with a group or just want to relax at the end of the day, there's a very nice social space where you could grab a beer or soda and hang out. Breakfast was delicious and included friendly conversation. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay here again. "

I truly appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. I was warmly welcomed with a drink and given a detailed overview of the area. I also valued the daily advice I received from the staff on how to best experience Baños—they really helped elevate my trip. The views from the rooms are what truly set this hotel apart. "La habitación era muy pequeña, habían papeles en el tacho de basura de veía que no se había limpiado, la ducha está mal no salía bien el agua y para variar el chico de la recepción tenía mala actitud en todo el momento, las demás personas muy bien. Lo único que puedo rescatar es que nos tuvieron las maletas después del check out "
