"Great couple of nights at this comfy hotel. The room was very nice and the air con was much welcomed! Very good shower and a comfortable bed. Excellent service from reception. Handy microwave in the public area to have an easy meal

"We stayed here for one night during the San fermin festival. The apart hotel we had was relatively small for four people but manageable. The in-room washer dryer was key and it was very walkable to and from the festival. Keep in mind though walkable for me consists of a mile and a half. If you do not feel that a mile and a half to a 2 mile walk to or from your hotel is walkable that might be something to consider. The property is right next door to a very large Park and key dining options. It also has a close proximity to a local parking lot. If you are driving, we do not interact with any staff as everything was pretty much digital. However, anything that we did need was available through emailing the staff or texting their WhatsApp number. Traditionally. I do like to have a guest service as staff on site but seeing as we were staying one it wasn't particularly necessary"
"Staff was great! Hotel was no frills, but that's ok, becasue neither are we. Price was high as it was running with the bulls week. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. No bar on property, but there's a convenience store right next door. This hotel was easy walking distance to El Encierro."
"The hotel is lovely. However, the location is extremely remote — it is not “minutes from everything” as they describe on their website. There is no car service or restaurants, or humans near by. There is literally nothing close to it — so not recommended for solo travelers & you definitely should not go without a car! To get anywhere costs at least €70++. The dining on property is limited — in lieu of the extravagant tasting menu at the Michelin rated restaurant which I’m sure is great, the only option to eat dinner was room service. Despite having another bistro on site, it apparently was only for aesthetics. The room was beautiful & comfortable. Somehow I ended up waking with bug bites in the morning all over my arms — which is hard to say came from the room but since that’s where I was for the day & night, because I had no where to roam — one can only assume. The staff was nice & if you want complete peace & quiet, this is the place for you!"
"We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's amenities, particularly the sauna, which was fantastic! The breakfast was absolutely incredible! We stayed during the early days of the San Fermin event and were treated with such warmth that we truly felt special."
