"The rooms have been attempted to be renovated; however, they’re seriously in need of some deep cleaning. Also the ice maker needs cleaning as it produces dirty ice cubes; hence, I had to rinse my ice before use. Outside of the initial caucasian gentleman with glasses whom was slightly rude during check in, the rest of the staff was pleasant and very helpful. I can say that this property is one of the least expensive choices in the area; furthermore, you get what you pay for."

"The room was great. The a/c worked great, the beds & bedding were so comfortable, the Dove products were wonderful and I may be changing to them, the full size refrigerator was a surprise, hooks to hang things…it was a great experience. We did not use the maid service while there. The gym was nice, the salt water pool was an added surprise and the hot tub was wonderful. The morning breakfast was great!! A nice choice of items and the support staff was tremendous; friendly and accommodating. They constantly replenished the items including the lemon water and the coffee machine which ground your beans for each cup. The parking was plentiful. We had a number of basketball teams and a band staying while we were there. They all came on busses but there still was plenty of parking. I picked the staff for last because they were exceptionally welcoming and just so helpful. Phone calls to the site through the 800 # were a little challenging not being a live person. Once I got through to Cathy to inform them of our late arrival, she went above and beyond to assure me that my room would be waiting. The front desk staff were engaging and just down right fun. If you need a suggestion, the only thing I could say was possibly put something on the shower floor to eliminate the slippery nature when wet with water and soap. I threw a hand towel down so we wouldn’t slip. I almost forgot, they had Easter decorations all around which made it a little more homey. Thank you. "

"Regular double room was super clean and spacious. Great amenities for the price. Breakfast was average contential but was great. Wish they had more than half and half for coffee creamer, and if that's my only complaint, then I can't really complain. It was just a quick in and out one night stay for us, it made me wish we had restructured our road trip to spend a longer day there to enjoy the hot tub and pool on the water."
