Beautiful environment , loved my cabin. Just FYI it is not easy to enter Lake Siskiyou from the cabin area (even though the view is great). It takes 10 plus minutes walking on rough trails.

Easy check in, my room was a renovated. Queen size room is spacious. Nick at front desk was very friendly and helpful. It Look owner do some major renovation to the Inn

It was a last minute stay and I was politely accommodated. The room was clean and had everything needed to cozy up for the night.

The lady was so nice gave us an idea of what to do for dinner and upgraded our room for our anniversary. Even wrote us a little card with some cool candy. Very quiet easy to sleep but was not happy with the apple tv that we could not watch

There was a nice park area to walk and to walk our dog. The motel was very clean and neat.

Very nice, friendly, very clean rooms. Easy to find and within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops.

The hotel's co-owner, Tanner, is the story of this inn. When we were late to arrive, he called to tell us he would wait for us past the normal 9 PM office closing time. When we got there he cheerfully and quickly registered us, and we were in our room within minutes. The next morning he prepared some of the best pancakes I've ever had (with real maple syrup). Friendly, unassuming, and accommodating! That's him. The room was a bit small, but the rustic and alpine atmosphere was fine...

This may be a dated motel but has been updated, is very clean and the owners are very responsive and personable. I’d stay there in a heart beat.

We've stayed here several times now. It's probably the best value in all of Mt. Shasta. I like the casual vibe, the easy parking, the fun outdoor theme of the rooms and the very friendly staff.

We stayed one night at basecamp lodge. The room was clean and specious. I don't see any staff during stay (self check-in) but it was perfect for the short stay.

Stayed here on a 5 day trip to Oregon & Nevada. It was a great hotel. The diner in front was also cool with some great home style cooking. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Family-owned motel had really nicely-remodeled room...fresh paint, new bathroom fixtures, great lighting, comfortable bed, new carpeting, and a brand-new flat-screen TV. And the location was quiet, just off I-5, and parking is easy. The owners are friendly. Wi-Fi is strong, and there's a PC in the lobby if you need to sit down and use a computer.

The room was great and we plan in returning for a longer family trip. One thing that caught me by surprise is that they close @10pm. Luckily they called when i hadn't arrived by then and agreed to stay open until I arrived so i could check in. Orbitz needs to add this info so people know that they may not be able to arrive late and still be able to keep their reservation.
