"I had a great stay at Kimpton EPIC Hotel Miami. The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant.
I would especially like to highlight Hazel for her outstanding service. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout my stay, always willing to help and making me feel truly welcomed. Her positive attitude really made a difference and added a lot to the overall experience.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami."
"This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well at all."

"I know there are a lot of mosquitoes there. If I can burn some mosquitoes, I will give more. I know it is difficult. In addition, the door lock leading to the beach is broken. When I went out, the staff told me that I could come back if I had the room card. Later, I found that the room card could not be recognized. I wandered around for a long time and could not get back to the hotel. This experience was not good."
"Housekeeping service is not good, room not very clean and the daily two bottles of water should be included in the resort fee, but they were not provided."
