"The staff was very helpful and hard working but the conditions of the property were run down and the room wasn’t cleaned very well with crumbs and debris from the previous guests. The lobby was nice and the beach was great. "

"Staff very very polite and fast with service. Very clean upscale hotel with pools for sunrise or sunset. And great beach with chairs and umbrellas. Great local shops and bars within walking distance. Recommend the water taxi for $35 takes you all over Fort Lauderdale and drops you off at bars, attractions and shops. "

"The view was a "partial ocean view" in my opinion it waa a full view! 5th floor balcony with an incredible view! "

"I absolutely loved the location of this place it was perfect however the “hotel” gave motel vibes there was black mold in the ceiling bathroom. When we got there the toilet was clogged…the front desk sent someone to fix it. We left to dinner and came back to water all over the bathroom floor. The location is perfect."

"It is false advertisement when you say Partial Ocean View and the only thing you can see is AC units on the rooftop of the building. Although this is listed as an Expedia VIP hotel, there were zero perks or acknowledgment even though it was noted that this was rented for an anniversary celebration. The Location is good, it is a 20 min walk to Lauderdale by the Sea Bars and restaurants. It is a favorite area of ours"

"We presented our Expedia recipe document prior payment of 80% of the charge for the week. The hotel staff stated the payment was not made. We left and booked another hotel at Midnight. Later American Express did not find the payment. Some type of problem with Expedia. "

"Housekeeping and room cleaning only every 3 days!!! Breakfast is below average and repetetive every day. Outdated property I personally, don't recommend it at all. Not worth the money paid."
