"Initial impression on arrival was not great. However once we got to our room and into our stay we were greatly satisfied. This is an older building and while it is very clean, it is somewhat dated. The elevator has a musty smell but our room was nice and clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was good even though they served exactly the same things all 4 days we were there. A little variety in the hot items would have been nice. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The manager was very personable and eager to please. The location was great and we loved downtown Dahlonega was just a short drive. Lots of local information was available in the lobby and staff were great with giving recommendations. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would choose it again."

"I can't say enough GREAT things about the staff. They were helpful and attended to my needs. They provided a clean lobby, clean and well stocked although limited breakfast area, and when I had an issue with my linens, they immediately resolved my issue. There is an ice machine and water to fill our water bottles which was nice since we were staying there for a soccer tournament nearby and a laundry area to wash clothes. The price was right to lay our heads down for the night in a clean and safe property."
