"Good value for money. Basic but clean and everything needed for a short stay. Twenty minute walk into the old town. Reception always had people there whenever I went in and out. Room cleaned and clean towels done daily."

The roof terrace was lovely, fantastic views across the city which was perfect for the Christmas lights show. The hotel staff were excellent, very efficient, friendly and professional. "we did not have breakfast as not breakfast people but we did have a light lunch by the pool. which was good with good service as well. we went to the Spa and did the 1 hour circuit had the place to ourselves. our room was large and very modern white and blue which is too modern and cool for me but the room had everything we needed All of the staff are friendly and profesional as you would expect with a five star hotel"
