The rooms are perfectly furnished including a very comfy bed, there’s a nice balcony. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful. "Perfect position with amazing welcoming and friendly staff! Rooms were spotless and fine for a few nights stay. Shower was a great size, modern and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good and hot food changed each day. Roof terrace was great to relax for a couple of hours after sightseeing. Position is perfect as on a quiet side street in the pedestrian area within 100 metres of cathedral in one direction, 200 metres of the market in the other and straight up 200 metres to Plaza Candelaria....

"We had a wonderful room/kitchette on the top floor with direct access to the rooftop pool. It wasn't too busy as it wasn't pool weather, so we basically had the whole deck to ourselves. The room was comfy and bathroom and rainshower were great. Plus, the is an elevator. Marina at reception was very helpful, as was Annabella for housekeeping. It was quiet too."
