"Had an amazing experience at Hard Rock Cafe! The ambiance is vibrant and full of energy, with fantastic music and iconic memorabilia creating a truly unique atmosphere. The food was delicious, especially the burgers and starters – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout. Service was quick, and the overall vibe made it a memorable visit. Highly recommended for great food, music, and a fun dining experience! 🎸🍔"

"Bathtub was dirty with black spots; shower curtain was dirt and with molded stains at the lower part; no face towel; only provided bath towels but they were gray instead of white. Someone locked my door in middle of night, scary to death."

"Breakfast menu had variety. From the standard rice noodle options to toast, croissants. They even had dimsums. Overall breakfast choices was good. Food was nice. There were lots of dining options around the hotel. The newrest kfc closed late, so we were able to grab supper."

"We arrive in good time for 3pm check in.. waited more than 1 hour in the queue to check in. Did not even manage to get our room until around 7pm (keeps going back to reception to check, they did not even make an attempt to contact us when the room is ready). The room is not thoroughly clean... we found spoiled food left behind by previous guest in the fridge ( called housekeeping to remove, discard and clean the foul smell fridge.) Was very disappointed for our stay, will not book this hotel again."

"Could have maintained the toilet taps well. Appreciate thorough check before letting the guest in, as could not close the toilet door and instead of spoiled tab, we had to use the main valve. Breakfast qualify defenitely need improvement. Suit was spacious and bedroom was very tidy and well maintained."
