"Everything worked extremely well!! I was in constant communication with RivetStays due to my arrival time changing because of traffic. Once I arrived check in was super fast! The room was great (46th floor) and very clean! Checkout was also great and super easy. Thanks again and I’ll look to you as an option for Downtown Toronto stays again!!"

"When we arrived to the hotel, immediately the staff was so friendly and welcoming, they helped us take our suitcases out of the vehicle and brought them in and the staff at check in was so friendly as well.
