"This property is over priced and gave me back ally pay by the hour hotel vibes. Front desk rude and not accommodating. I reserved a room with garden view I was given a view of the lower rooftop and street where I listened to cars and loud music all night. The pictures posted online are fake this is not how the rooms actually look and the bed sheet had cigarette stains. I have to have tech come to room to fix broken things. I requested new room and they refused. The bathroom had no toiletries....

"Great, courteous staff. Overlooking a private beach. 2 good sized outdoor pool (didnt use as too cold in Nov) Food was great with all-inclusive. Great of them to upgrade from half-board. Rooms felt very basic for a 5 star. The shampoo and body wash was empty. "

"Beautiful place in the Medina of Sousse. All the rooms are stunning. We stayed at the Ambre Suite which felt like living inside a fairy tale. While the place is in the Medina, is not in the busy side but rather quieter side of it. Just a short 5 min walk from everywhere you need to be in the Medina. The host were super friendly and the restaurant is a must. Just be aware that you may need to walk a few blocks with your luggage to make it in and out. "

"Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests. Oh and the live music, I think it's every night? with small dance area/floor. Good location too, away from the hustle/bustle of the city, but close enough to get their walking. I walked...
