The location is excellent, especially for travelers needing quick access to KLIA, with many guests highlighting the convenience of being around 10–15 minutes from the airport. "I arrived the unit late at 10.30pm, the key was placed in the mail room. I had taken it and follow instruction to park at level 6 at designated parking lot. However the key access to higher level was not working. Called no one respond. Taking risk to park at lower level, get in room fist. Saw a few coacroach on bed and table! Next day check out still not pick up my call, terrible management!"

"The bed sheet and tower are really not clean, and the tap water is yellow, the shampoo and body lotion bottle is totally empty. While the room size and layout is good. The service team provides support very late at night which is appreciated."
