"The staff did an outstanding job. We were served by Marj and Maricar who are both very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is excellent. The amenities are superb. I stayed with my family and we occupied 3 rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool. Our weekend stay was an amazing experience. "

"Towels were limited & manipulated as bed decorations, has holes in it. Paper towel & toilet paper were very very very limited. Drinking water was not enough. Water pressure in shower were very weak. Big disadvantage was NO POOL. Area was quiet & secure. "

"Great location. Near Olverez Bus Terminal. Short ride to Tagaytay market area. Walking distance to Pure Gold Supermarket and a HD hardware store. Several places to eat close by. The hotel has a pleasant courtyard to relax in and wifi is excellent. Very pleasant staff. Good overall experience. Thank you staff members!"

"The room was ok, air-con was cold, shower was kinda dark maybe need to change their light bulbs. You will need to get your water inside the lobby on the ground floor. The comfort of overnight stay was quite so-so. Wifi is surprisingly fast. Parking on site is hassle free. But the one thing that bothered me most was as soon as we arrived, no hotel staff outside nor inside bothered to ask us if we are booked there. Did not even help us carry our luggages. Such sad hospitality for a small hotel....

"This is based on my personal experience. I have no intention to discredit or make it a general comment. First, I was pressured with the multiple calls from the "caretaker" where I was at -- starting from 2pm onwards. (Already told them Im gonna be late and will pay the late check in fee.) They still call, saying they are waiting for me.Secondly, the rooms are not that comfortable to stay with. Needs Improvement! Found ants too. Linens and blankets are old. Washroom are not that clean...
