But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. "Saku Boutique Homestay is a delightful B&B that brings together both Thai and French motifs. We just returned again from a 2 week stay ( we have been there 3 times now) and highly recommend the experience to those desiring a safe, comfortable and charming place in a village just outside of Chiang Mai, without the typical institutional hotel setting. It is in the baan tawai handcraft village. It was a miracle to be this close to the handcraft station. Highly recommended"

"This is a moderately priced resort overlooking the Ping River about 1/2 hour outside of Chiang Mai. Our family of four only spent one night but enjoyed the small pool and view from our veranda. The gardens are lovely, room was spacious and well appointed, and the staff very helpful. Breakfast, included in the tariff, was very generous, though dinner service was a bit slow. They have three one-person kayaks and several basic bicycles (all free) if you wish to paddle on the river or pedal a few...

"Basic place, a little out of town. Some mould on walls in bathroom and sink in the kitchen area. Good that there was a microwave, kettle, kitchen sink and a few pots."

"The unit has a dining area, the bedroom and the bathroom are large. The big pond by the restaurant adds to the ambiance. Food items they have on menu are cheap but delicious. The owners are very helpful although they can only speak Thai. The only issue is that the location is away from the amenities of the city. "
