"Wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and always friendly and willing to help. Especially the restaurant staff that helped us with our family dietary choices and our daughters severe allergies. They were always careful and helped us with a smile. The front desk staff as well as the staff that cleaned the rooms were incredible. The Lulada and fresh fruit juices were our favorites. Our room was clean, bright and big. We had a balcony and view of El rio de Cali (el parque de los gatos). Loved...
