"Beds not comfortable. Curtains in queen room filthy. Curtain between lift and lobby filthy. Says on key card happiness is in the detail. What detail? Does not exist . Coffee tray and tissue holder needs to be changed. Everything old and tired. BATS bar across the way plays loud music to 2am and also karaoke bar on other side so depends which room you get. "Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...
