"Very good experience overall. The staff were very helpful, for example providing a fridge for our baby's milk and helping sterilise his dummies. We had dinner in the lovely historic pub, very nice food. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice quintasential old english hotel ... but in need of beautification and retro-fit of basics like air conditioning. Hotel layout was like a maze from multiple additions over the decades. Nice location and relaxing garden for a quiet drink. We arrived over a bank holiday weekend and unfortunatel only two staff were on with the others having not turned up for work. The two staff members were overworked but stayed friendly and very helpful. Needs some basic maintenace (paint peeling) but very...
