"Welcome to paradise! Cholson Chalets gives you a glimpse of old-time Tobago: houses that were built 50 to 100 years ago, in perfect working condition. Owner and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be any better, in front of the sea and close to Charlotteville's central square (expect a little music on weekends). You bathe in front of the house, or just walk 300 metres to the official beach (quiet, with shady trees). Pirate's Bay, one of Tobago's most beautiful beaches, is a short hike away."

"the front desk personel were very helpful and pleasent. the concierge desk lady was rude and did not seem to care about assisting us with their advertised paid property tour. she clearly did not care who i was. i would not let rude staff member affect the other great staff and change my option to consider the hotel for another stay. our room was far from the restaurant and i asked to upgrade at our cost however there were no rooms available. seemed untrue as there were very little cars and people on this huge property. this hotel and property has alot of potential and wish to see it be better"

"I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I arrived around 6 PM and almost everything was already closed, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. The gift shop was supposed to open the next day, but it never did, leaving guests with no place to even grab basic necessities. The food was honestly terrible and the menu options were extremely limited. On top of that, most of the staff outside of the front desk were not helpful or welcoming at all. The front desk employees were the only positive part of the experience. What shocked me most was that I couldn’t even get a simple glass of water at the resort. There was no water provided in the room, and I actually had to leave the property just to buy water elsewhere. For a resort, that level of service is unacceptable. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations or price, and I would not stay here again."

"It was an okay stay. Wifi did not work so I had to leave the resort to actually work on my laptop. Not very many dining options except for the Waves restaurant. No telephone in my room. When asked at the front desk the agent said she did not know why. Property needs some updating. Once updated I might visit again."
