You can tell that someone like her has learned proper hospitality service (most probably abroad) and knows what is important especially to international customers. The toilet door opened spontaneously; the door to the deck was very difficult to open (lubrication of its rollers was needed); the shower heads were not clean so very little water came out and it went in all directions except downwards; the door to the shower enclosure came off its rollers and it was necessary to call maintenance personnel to replace it.

"This property is amazing. It is beautifully designed and well maintained. Our only issue was the shower in our room (we stayed in one of the garden rooms). The water is everywhere in the bathroom cause shower is not well isolated from the rest. It doesn't dry up fast and causes a weird smell in the room. This was the only hickup for this amazing hotel. The area is perfect. and it looks like heaven on earth. The food is to die for. Staff are very kind. Except the design of the shower in garden...
