"Very nice new family hotel. Looks just like the pictures. The young son of the proprietor spoke excellent English and was very thoughtful and courteous to make sure everything was okay.
We would definitely stay again. The beach across the street is beautiful and not crowded at all. Their are restaurants nearby but just far enough for quiet nights. A short drive to ancient Troas, Acts 16:9."

"We stayed at Aika as a family or four in two rooms, everything was as expected and Murat was very helpful with coordinating our arrival, stay, and departure. The staff were courteous and attentive, served us a wonderful breakfast and gave us pointers about local beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended."

"Breakfast was perfect, all fresh and the quantity was more than enough. Parking is just opposite of the building so it was very easy. Room was a bit small and the bathroom as well (not easy to move inside the bathroom. Somehow hot water was only available in the morning (potentially it was sourced from the solar heater) If you don’t keep your expectations high it is a very nicely operated place. "
