"Genel anlamıyla güzel bir oteldi. Temizlik konusunda 5 üzerinden 4 diyebilirim. 1 puanı halılar ve koltuklar yeteri kadar temiz değildi sigara yanık izleri vardı ama yatak temizdi. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterli düzeydeydi. Çalışanlar ise ilgiliydi sorun çözüydü. Tek sorun her gün kartı yeniden aktif hale getirmek gerekti. Nedenini tam olarak anlamadım galiba beni sonraki gün çıkış yaptı sanmışlar."

"Excellent reception, managers speaks great English and very helpful. The staff even with broken English manage to communicate. The breakfast was excellent and cook was able to accommodate my likings. I liked the city of Elazig as well."

"Room was huge and really lovely, premium bed and the shower was fantastic. Had a coffee machine in room but no coffee to go with it. No proper cups only paper cups to use. Staff very minimal English, and not really interested at check in. The valet took car key to park car and left it exactly where we parked it on the street anyway.
Breakfast was very good variety, but again staff move around like ghosts avoiding eye contact.
