"We stayed for 3 nights, we booked the comfort room but unfortunately had one next to the kitchen, which was very loud. Once we told Manny (Sales Manager) he sorted it immediately and moved us to a much larger room with a shared private pool. It was 10/10!
The grounds and facilities are really nice, with a new swimming pool being built, which will be an amazing addition. They have a fantastic view of Kilimanjaro and different areas to relax, the fire pit was a lovely touch.

"The bathroom was dirty and not cared properly. I had to buy toilet-bowl cleaner to whiten the bowl.Hot water was so-so, either got it too cold or too hot
The bathroom was badly done - when you take a shower the water splashes all over where the toilet and sink are. Judging by the poor breakfast , which I had only 4 times in my 2 weeks stay, I never had any meals at the hotel. Around the hotel there are reasonably priced restaurants for a good meal. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and...
