"The hotel is very nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are very nice and helpful. I like the beach and the pool. Also, I had 2 hour free bikes per day. That was fun. I stayed for 6 days with my child. The only downside is the pots and pans are giving upon request and they aren't in good condition. They are really scratched so I had to buy some. I didn't have a dishwasher but that is probably due to the type of room I choose. The last day of my stay I had to request for the maid to come and empty the garbage and give me fresh towels. "

"Great experience. The front desk employee was so professional and sweet. The palm trees on the walk towards the pool are pretty. The only tiny issue is that the bathroom fan in room 403 didn’t work. Other than that the hotel room was immaculate. "
