"I was so disappointed. Prior to my check in I received a call from an employee from the extended stay hotel inquiring if I was still coming or did I plan to cancel. i’ve never received such a call. When it turned out to be was that she wanted me to pay ahead of my arrival which I did with the card I had on file when I did check in. I asked about the call unfortunately she was not no longer in the office so I received really no explanation. On top of that the toilet leak run all night. It was loud very disappointed. I’d like someone to call me please 773-551-5232 Joseph. "
