"I felt very welcomed by the staff. Only downfall since I was there for a week was the breakfast. Need to rotate different hot food. It became boring. The beds could be a little less hard. Felt like a board was fitted under the bed. Right in the center"

"I stayed here alone when I came to visit my son who lives in Providence. This place is beautiful! It is a renovated historical Boston hotel. The room I had felt like a comfortable, cozy, well appointed bedroom not a hotel room. Staff was always at the front desk no matter the hour and was accommodating. Bottled water, soda, morning snacks and evening cookies are included with the resort fee which I did not expect. It is located in a very quiet area. There were a few homeless people down the street to the left of the hotel, but if you are driving or walking to the right they are not a concern. I felt very safe in the hotel. Would stay here again. "
