Cottonwood Inn and Conference Center
10/10 Excellent
"I had a great stay at the Cottonwood Inn and Conference Center! The room was very comfortable, everything felt new and well-maintained, and the entire place was spotless. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Courtyard by Marriott Sioux City Downtown/Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"The mattress was EXTREMELY firm with pretty soft/squishy pillows and a lack of dedicated headboard (instead has some stiffer memory-foam esque square pillows for the headboard). However, it had a mattress cover/protector without even requesting so no worries about bugs!
No breakfast included but is pretty walkable to a few cafes, and has a decent amount of bars/brewhubs nearby. The side facing the street could get a bit noisy at night but indoors was pretty quiet.
Free wifi and free parking (via ramp). Has a small selection of cable but I watch streaming so didn't bother me.
No issues whatsoever with the staff, all three different ladies I interacted with were friendly and helpful. "
