"Breakfast was delicious with good options (except no bananas). Parking was easy and convenient. Good location near many food options. Housekeeping did not come as expected (maybe we missed a notice?). Some technical issues with our room key before check-out, and we were surprised the pool was closed in April. Overall it was a pleasant stay in spite of those issues. "

"Looks are deceiving. Pool wasn’t operational. Beds are hard/furniture was old and dirty. Staff wasn’t very friendly. "

"Wonderful property! Our only concern was a noisy a/c unit. All of the staff were so polite and helpful! We ate breakfast at the hotel both mornings. The food and the service were excellent! We ate a light dinner at The Fox and Hound Lounge in the hotel on our first night. Great food, adult beverages and service."

"We stayed here for a baseball tournament weekend, and I would warn other tournament families before booking. The main issue was the front desk employee, Cindy. She was rude, accusatory, and claimed our kids were running the breezeway, slamming doors, and knocking on rooms she “saw on camera.” The problem was one of the families she blamed was not even at the hotel at the time. She also questioned my husband repeatedly when he asked for an extra sheet for our son and again when he asked for a washcloth. Completely unnecessary and very unwelcoming. The rooms were okay overall but had a musty smell. There was also a strong smell of weed outside often. I noticed other reviews mentioning rude front desk staff, and now I understand exactly what they meant. Management should address this immediately because one employee can absolutely ruin the experience for paying guests. We will not stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to tournament families looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay."

"Our room was great. We loved the separation. Only problem is the entertainment center didn’t allow the pullout couch to extend all the way. We had to turn the couch in order for our kids to have a place to sleep. I’d suggest getting a smaller entertainment setup. "
