"A modest and quiet location, a bit dated, but still a nice facility. Don’t expect anything more than coffee for breakfast, and then only in the lobby. Room had a small coffee maker but nothing to put in it. Breakfast area in lobby was vacant, apparently unused. Several very good dining options and shops just a couple of minute drive away. I'd stay here again if I was in the area."

"There was mold in the shower and rust everywhere, outlets didn’t work and a strange smell every time we walked in. They also haven’t refunded my deposit."

"The hotel has great history. Quaint place with great breakfast. If you stay there, try to avoid one of the rooms in the main house. I stayed in the sterling room and it was very noisy. I could hear the people talking bc the walls are very thin. The guests next door spoke until the wee hours and again in the middle of the night. I got minimal sleep. Also the bathroom was outside the room, which takes some adjustment. "

"Room itself was fine. Building and grounds were awful. Hotel is just behind an abandoned and boarded up restaurant. Only 1 of the 3 hotel buildings are in use. No breakfast available. Door to room would not close properly on its own."
