Despite a very frustrating Expedia experience wherein I received a confirmed reservation from Expedia for my stay and informing me that there was no need to confirm with the hotel, I did anyway and learned that the last day of my stay was not on the hotel's reservation list and as the hotel was fully booked I was out of luck. The property was super comfortable, and clean, the bath was new, the location was near everything, we really appreciate the parking lot. I would only say that you need to coordinate the check in 24 hs before arrival, because if you arrive after 4pm there will be no one at the reception and you need physical keys to enter into the property.
Traveled to Aspen for my daughter’s bday and chose the W Aspen knowing they excel in service. The first night, my daughter received milk & cookies and a handwritten card. The following day, a pair of animal sandals, then the next day cupcake. Tasha, at the front desk made a lifetime and memorable experience for my daughter.
I only stayed one night, but I liked the Old Town Inn. The staff was very nice and the room clean. The room is on the smaller side and there is no refrigerator or coffee maker, but there was coffee and hot water downstairs. Easy parking and free good wi-fi in the room. Overall I would stay there again!
This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything about it was top notch. We loved our stay at The Residence Hotel. The hotel is super convenient to Aspen Mtn for skiing. The gondola is less than a 10 min walk! The room was spacious which we appreciated with our 2 dogs. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed having a little kitchen to make coffee/tea and breakfast in the morning. We will certainly stay again when visiting Aspen.
The Historic Redstone Inn was beautiful. Like a country estate in the mountains. Outstanding customer service that accommodated a late check-in. Beautiful facility that offered a great continental breakfast too.
Hotel was great! Fabulous location right in the middle of town. Jacuzzi on the roof with spectacular view. Free continental breakfast with these great breakfast burritos. We thought the room was cozy and had a fridge for leftovers to store. It's not the Little Nell, but a fraction of the price. For us it was totally worth it for the price. Will stay there again.
AMAZING!! The premium suites aren’t done justice with these photos online. We stayed in the Castle Suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The premium suites are in a different building up the road. The Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals.
