"At check in the staff was not very friendly we had a few questions because we had never stayed in town before.The young gentleman seemed irritated that I had questions.. however I did give the hotel a 4 star because our room was very clean quiet and was comfortable. I was a bit disappointed that the pool was closed for a remodel and was not mentioned on the web page for it was one of the main reasons we chose this location. We have young children. You would have thought the staff would have mentioned that upon checkin also as we walked around the property we found a game room .we probably would have used to burn some energy of our children from being in the car all day but we found to late. One more thing is on the web page it stated that there was a discount for meals for staying at the property which is incorrect. Or we were not offered or told of this. Just a few reminders for the property to educate how important hospitality is in the hospitality industry ✨️. With a little bit of work this would have been a five star for sure."

"Every time I stay at an Under Canvas property, it feels absolutely magical. I truly believe everyone should experience it at least once in their life—whether with loved ones or on a solo adventure. From the moment you arrive, the staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. The entire atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and designed to help you disconnect from the noise of everyday life. Whether you’re traveling alone or with others, it feels like a special experience from start to finish. This location was beautiful. We saw jackrabbits hopping around, plenty of birds, and the surrounding scenery was stunning. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. In the evenings, there was live music that added to the cozy atmosphere, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I even enjoyed a fantastic cocktail while taking in the surroundings. As always, Under Canvas delivered an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to visit my next Under Canvas location and create even more memories."

"Pretty good for the price. The staff were super friendly. Room was perfect for our family. It was in the cooler temps while we were up there so it was nice to have the spa hot and pool warmed. Some stains on sheet and tattered carpet in the halls. Breakfast every morning was pretty good and slightly different everyday. My kids especially enjoyed it. I would definitely go back."
