This bed and breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. I came here for an anniversary with my boyfriend and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed in the fountain suite, which has a king sized bed, a tv, fireplaces and two bathtubs. It was the perfect place to relax and spend time together.
A charming suite the owner and his wife built above the detached garage for their teenage daughters, now grown and moved away, this rental has three rooms--a living room, bedroom, and large bathroom--along with a private deck. The rooms have slanted roofs, gabled windows and a built-in window seat. All are wallpapered, curtained, and upholstered in feminine patterns. Very clean, loved the breakfast options in the morning! Pool was available untill 10pm!!! Only downside was the walls are thin and you can hear the next room over but it beats other Hotels near by I give a 5 star I would definitely be back in the future!
The staff had a computer error happen during my stay and the young red haired gentleman was extremely professional and easy to work with. Give him a raise!

Scotia Lodge has a very cool all around esthetic. Rooms are small but bathrooms are huge! I wished we could have eaten at the restaurant but it was closed. I would highly recommend staying here is you are in the Eureka area.
The property is incredible, the staff are amazing and the food is excellent. The surrounding area can be a bit of a culture shock if not from the area, lots of homelessness, but that being said, felt safe the entire time.
