Even though it was a very hot season, we had the choice of several pools to cool down, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The location was convenient, with easy access to the pools, which were clean and well-maintained. Parking is everywhere.
The staff made our visit extra special. A big thank you to Restaurant Manager Scott and servers Lindsay, Shella, Andrew, and Kindjel for their friendly and attentive service during breakfast. At the pools, Mark and Gabriel were so welcoming and helpful — truly amazing! All staff are welcoming and friendly.
We definitely recommend this place. If we had to choose where to stay in Phoenix again, this would be our top choice.
