"Staff lacks custom service. Front desk staff wearing a winter tossel cap, housekeeping wearing ear buds when I approached to ask a question (I banged on wall to get attention), coffee machine in lobby only water came out, lemon water canister in lobby very cloudy, breakfast staff NO gloves handling food and she actually pulled her cell phone out in the middle of a very crowded dining area. Stairs to basement breakfast FILTHY. Cleanest part of our staff was actually the bathroom near front desk."

"Rooms are old and outdated. The beds were clean but the floor and bathroom needed some extra effort. As I was only there 1 night it was not a big deal but I would not stay there for longer than that. Location of the hotel is good as most attractions/restaurants are walkable. Also parking is $10 per night which kinda sucks."

"Second night a few buses arrived with young adults at 11:00 at night. Group took over floor we were on and very loud and yelling until midnight. Called desk, told they just arrived and would get them in rooms soon. That took an hour. Someone should have told them to keep it down. The lady on the desk when called at 11:00 was no help. The young lady at the desk in the morning was very good and helpful."

"The bathroom was not very clean. The ceiling fan was full of dust. The toilet ran constantly and wouldn't flush all the time. Drywall was pealing by the shower. There was hair all over the shower wall. The headboard was full of greasy spots. Like oily heads were against the headboard. Beds were comfortable but the sheets were itchy. Breakfast was great!"

"We checked in we got to our room only to have a horrible smell slap us in the face. It was very humid and musky. I opened the mini fridge only to find rotten pizza and salad that have been there for quite some time. The cleaners yellow poll and cleaning pad was in the room. The good news is that it took all of two seconds to fix when I spoke to the lady at the front desk. She gave us a new room and it was very good. Just not what you want to be dealing with at 11:30 PM."
